Andy Roo's ™ Cajun Blackened Seasoning

Fantastic on all your favorite meats and vegetables!

Recipe idea: Prepare meat of your choice in advance (steaks, chicken, fish, or shrimp) by liberally covering with ANDY ROO'S CAJUN BLACKENED SEASONING. Rub spices into meat thoroughly. On stove at high heat, place your heavy-bottomed skillet (iron skillet preferably, and use your vent!). When skillet is very hot, put in meat - watch closely as meat is seared, turn after 2 minutes. Cook on second side for 2 minutes. That's it!

Ingredients: garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, oregano, other herbs and spices.

Andy Roo's ™ Cajun Dirty Rice Seasoning

Use it on everything!

Recipe idea: In a skillet, brown 1 lb. ground beef. Drain excess oil. Add 3 tablespoons ANDY ROO'S CAJUN DIRTY RICE SEASONING (and 1 teaspoon salt, if desired). Cook approximately 2 minutes. In another pot, boil 3-1/2 cups water. Add 1 cup rice, stir well, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add beef, stir and cook for 12-15 minutes. Serve after all water is absorbed. Serves 4 to 6.

Great with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffings, domestic or wild fowl.

Ingredients: parsley, garlic, onion, dried bell pepper, cayenne pepper, celery and other spices. No salt or MSG.

Recipe idea: Cube 1 lb. chicken breasts into boneless nuggets. Sprinkle nuggets with ANDY ROO'S CAJUN FRIED CHICKEN SEASONING. Rub spices into chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. IN a small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Dip chicken nuggets in egg, then batter nuggets in unseasoned bread crumbs. Deep fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown. Enjoy!

Andy Roo's ™ Cajun Jambalaya Seasoning

Great when mixed with ground beef, chicken, or scrambled eggs. Use it on Everything!

Recipe idea: In a heavy-bottomed pot, bring 3-1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 6 teaspoons ANDY ROO'S CAJUN JAMBALAYA SEASONING and 1 cup rice (add 1 teaspoon salt, if desired). Brown 1 lb. sausage, drain fat, then add to pot. If deisred, add shrimp or chicken. Stir well. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat or until all liquid is absorbed. Makes 6-8 servings.
