Andy Roo's ™ Cajun Jambalaya Seasoning

Great when mixed with ground beef, chicken, or scrambled eggs. Use it on Everything!

Recipe idea: In a heavy-bottomed pot, bring 3-1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 6 teaspoons ANDY ROO'S CAJUN JAMBALAYA SEASONING and 1 cup rice (add 1 teaspoon salt, if desired). Brown 1 lb. sausage, drain fat, then add to pot. If deisred, add shrimp or chicken. Stir well. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat or until all liquid is absorbed. Makes 6-8 servings.

Ingredients: Garlic, paprika, onion, celery, cayenne pepper and other spices. No salt or MSG

Andy Roo's ™ Creole Gumbo Seasoning

Flavor to savor in that classic dish - Gumbo!

Recipe idea: In a heavy pot, brown 1 cut up chicken and 1lb. andouille (or your favorite local smoked sausage). Remove from pot. In the same pot, add 3/4 cup oil and 2/3 cup flour to make a 'roux'. Cook over medium heat until dark brown, stirring constantly. Turn off heat and gradually stir in 2 quarts water. Bring to a rapid boil. Add chicken, andouille, 1 bay leaf and 4 teaspoons ANDY ROO'S CREOLE GUMBO SEASONING. Lower heat and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 6-10.

Andy Roo's ™ Creole Italian Seasoning

Try it in all your favorite Italian recipes!

Recipe idea: In skillet, saute 1 chopped medium onion, 1/2 chopped bell pepper. Add two 15oz cans tomato sauce, 1 small can tomato paste, 4-6 cups water and 2 tablespoons ANDY ROO'S CREOLE ITALIAN RED GRAVY SEASONING. Stir/blend well. Simmer on medium heat until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Ingredients: parsley, onion, garlic, rosemary, basil, oregano, cayenne pepper and other herbs and spices. No salt or MSG.

Andy Roo's ™ Red Bean Seasoning

Great with all types of beans. Use it on everything!

Recipe idea: On high heat, bring 4 quarts water to a boil. Place 1 lb. red beans inwater, simmer on low heat. At approximately 1 hour, brown 1 lb. sausage or ham cubes. Add to beans with 3 tablespoons of ANDY ROO'S RED BEAN SEASONING. Cook for approximately 1 hour more or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Serve over hot rice.
